近几年来，中国金融市场逐步走向国际化，许多知名院校的金融专业学生，毕业后，为了提升自身的竞争优势，扩大就业面，都会选择到CFA资格认证的英国院校进修一段时间之后，再回国就业。
CFA，全称Chartered Financial Analyst，特许注册金融分析师，作为金融投资市场的“金融第一考”的考试，是全球投资业里最为严格及含金量最高的资格认证。
美国银行美林证券，花旗银行，加拿大皇家银行，瑞士信贷集团，德意志银行，中国招商，平安各大银行，你们梦寐以求的金融机构都是CFA持有者的主要雇主。
含金量高说明考核难度大，没有一个系统的教育，拿到CFA的机率是微乎其微的。 要想获得CFA，学生必须斩三关：Level1， Level 2 和Level3。Level1阶段主要考察学生对道德与职业行为标准，定量分析，经济学，财务报表分析，公司理财，衍生工具等等科目的熟知和掌握程度。Level2是针对资产评估证券分析的考核，Level3则是以投资组合管理及资产分配作为重点进行考试。
据CFA的官方统计，按每个级别备考6个月左右的速度算，全球平均通过三个级别考试就需要花4年的时间。同时，因为CFA考试采用的是全英文的考核方式，所以备考的学生除了需要掌握应有的金融知识之外，还需要有良好的英语基础。因此，每年都有一大批留学生申请就读受CFA认证的英国院校。
从CFA官网上了解，截止到2016年1月，41个国家中有153所院校与CFA项目建立了合作(美洲地区占据了60个，亚太地区44个，欧洲，中东和非洲49个)，其中英国有14所院校在此行列。

除了CFA，卡斯商学院还通过了AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA 三大国际权威商学院认证。申请卡斯商学院的学生除了需要雅思之外，还需要有GMAT的成绩。
